School of Professional Advancement (SoPA)
SoPA students who need to withdraw or take a leave of absence should complete the Personal Leave of Absence Form on SoPA’s website. The completed form should be submitted to any SoPA office. Students should contact their advisor if they are unable to complete the form in person.
Office of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies (OGPS)
Graduate students who need to withdraw or take a leave of absence should review OGPS policies for various types of leave. Please contact your individual graduate program director for additional information specific to your program.
