The Office of the University Registrar will be closed beginning at noon on Tuesday, December 23, 2025 until Monday, January 5, 2026 for our annual Winter Break. During this closure, please submit inquiries using our Registrar Support Form. We will begin responding to inquiries opened during the closure when we return on Monday, January 5, 2026.

Currently Enrolled Tulane Students

Current Tulane students can obtain verification of enrollment through Gibson Online by selecting the Student Tab, and then ‘TU Enrollment Verification.' 

Tulane School of Medicine Students

For all Tulane University School of Medicine MD degree, residency, and fellowship verifications, please contact the School of Medicine directly.

Former Students / Third Party Verifications 

Tulane University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide degree and enrollment verifications for all parties other than currently enrolled students and Tulane University School of Medicine MD degree, residency, and fellowship students.
