Any graduate of Tulane University may purchase a diploma as a replacement for one that has been lost or destroyed, or if they wish to have a duplicate for their home or office. The reissued/duplicate diploma will bear the date the degree was awarded as well as the word “duplicate” in the top margin.
If your graduation date is from 2020 or later, please visit your Gibson Portal to order a PDF duplicate. PDF duplicates are NOT able to be printed. Learn more about accessing your PDF diploma.
The signatures of Tulane University officials may not be the same as those on the original diploma. Diplomas are reissued in the current format and bear the signatures of the current University officers. Diploma processing and production may take up to 14 business days before shipping. During high-volume periods (such as Spring Commencement) processing may take longer.
Replacement diploma requests due to a name change should be preceded by an official name change request along with required supporting legal documentation. Contact us for more information.
