All student data requests are subject to conditions specified by the Federal Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). TU will not verify personal information.

School of Medicine MD transcripts

Students working toward or having earned an MD should contact the School of Medicine directly with their transcript requests. Learn more about the Medical School’s transcript and credentialing request process.

With the exception of MDs, the Office of the Registrar provides transcripts for current, former, and alumni master’s and PhD students in the School of Medicine through Parchment Inc.

Enrollment and degree verification

If you are an investigator, employer, sponsor or other third party who needs to verify a student's enrollment or degree, please see the following:

Tulane University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to act as its agent for purposes of third-party enrollment and degree verification. The NSC can verify degrees and enrollment for those students who have not elected full confidentiality on their academic record. NSC submission instructions and fees.

Submissions must include the student's name when enrolled, Social Security number or student ID, and date of birth.

Please note that online enrollment certifications are not available for Medical School students. Proof of enrollment for these students can be provided directly from the School of Medicine.

National Student Clearinghouse submission schedule

Tulane University submits enrollment data several times per semester in order to ensure accuracy.

Military recruitment

The 1996 Solomon Amendment provides for the Secretary of Defense to deny federal funding to institutions of higher learning if they prohibit or prevent ROTC or military recruitment on campus.
