In an effort to maximize our service capabilities, we are collecting service requests via the Registrar Support form instead of email. Once your request is submitted, our staff will work on your request and follow up with you. Thank you for your patience during our transition

Replacement Diplomas

Any graduate of Tulane University may purchase a diploma to replace one that has been lost, destroyed, or as a duplicate for their home or office. The reissued/duplicate diploma will bear the date the degree was awarded as well as the word “duplicate” in the top margin. If your graduation date is from 2020 or later, please visit your Gibson Portal to order a PDF duplicate. PDF duplicates are NOT able to be printed. Further instructions on purchasing and downloading electronic diplomas can be found on the Student Resources page.

The signatures of Tulane University officials may not be the same as those on the original diploma. Diplomas are reissued in the current format and bear the signatures of the current University officers. Diploma processing & production takes up to 14 business days before shipping. During high-volume periods (such as Spring Commencement) processing may take longer.

Replacement requests due to a name change should be preceded by an official name change request along with required supporting legal documentation. Contact us for more information..
