Transcript Requests
Medical School Transcripts and Certification - download instructions here.

The Tulane University Registrar's Office maintains the official records and transcripts for all eight schools with the following exceptions:

  • Pre-1980 Public Health Records. Please send email requests to or call (504) 988-7642. Requests via fax should be sent to fax (504)988-0907. Requests are processed within 3 business days. (Additional time may be required at graduation and registration.) Requests should include any/all names used, date of birth, date of graduation and degree earned.

  • Medical Students in the MD program. Students working toward or having earned an MD should contact the School of Medicine directly with their transcript requests. Please visit this link for more information: Medical School Transcript and Certification Requests.
    All Other Transcripts
  • Current Students: You may order electronic and/or mailed transcripts through the “Order A Transcript” link in Gibson Online.

  • Alumni and former students: You may request transcripts at Scrip-Safe International is Tulane’s trusted provider for transcript automation services. You will be required to create an account and send in a consent form before your order can be processed. **Please note that consent forms must be returned to Scrip-Safe, and NOT to Tulane.**

  • In-Office Transcripts: As of December 1, 2015 students and alumni ordering transcripts in the Office of the Registrar, 110 Gibson Hall, will be allowed one free transcript per week. Each additional copy will be $5.00 per copy.
